Individual Psychotherapy & Counseling
Typically starts with 1-2 sessions to help understand the nature of the problem, what precipitated the visit, and what your goals are for therapy.
Following this, we collaboratively set treatment goals and create a treamtnet plan to begin therapy. Sessions can be completed either in-person, online, or in a hybrid model to provide you with flexibilty and choose what works for you. This is also true in terms of frequency of sessions, which we can discuss in order to settle on a cadence that works for you.
Ultimately, we set specific goals and targets that are meaningful to you. Part of the process is uncovering these together, and then taking the steps to help you work towards living a life filled with vitality, calm, and meaning. We work towards helping move away from distress and pain, improve functioning in all aspects of life - including your identity and sense of self, your relationships, and your overall wellbeing.

Psychodiagnostic Assessment
Open to anyone looking to undergo an assessment, with the goal of evaluating whether they meet criteria for any specific psychological diagnosis.
This service may be of interest to you if you struggle with several symptoms, are looking for clarity as to your mental health, or wish to receive a diagnosis to better understand potential treatment options.
This service typically entails several sessions, in which we meet and review diagnostic critieria together using objective and structured tools (structured clinical interviews, questionnaires, and other tools) to help arrive at a conclusion.
Following the assessment, we complete a formal feedback session where all the information and findings are shared with you, including clinical recommendations in terms of treamtment options. You will also have the possibility of having these findings summarized in a formal written report should this be of interest to you.
